Terms of Submission

These terms (“Terms”) govern the submission process for individuals (“Submitter”) submitting audiovisual content to So Adorable Collection, its partners, affiliates, licensees, and assigns (collectively, “So Adorable”). By submitting your video, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Grant of Rights:
By submitting your video to So Adorable Collection, you grant us an exclusive, irrevocable license to use, modify, edit, distribute, display, promote, and publicly share the submitted content. This includes use across So Adorable’s website, social media channels, and other platforms in perpetuity, for the purposes of marketing, advertising, and promoting So Adorable and its associated content. You acknowledge that So Adorable may share your content with third parties and grant sublicenses at its sole discretion.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property:
You affirm that you are the sole owner of all rights related to the video you submit, including any associated media or materials. You confirm that the content does not infringe upon any third-party rights and that you have obtained all necessary permissions for any individuals or materials appearing in the video. You also grant So Adorable the right to use your name, likeness, and any other biographical information in connection with the promotion of your video.

3. Submission Guidelines:
All video content must adhere to our community guidelines and content standards. We reserve the right to reject any submissions that violate these guidelines or are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or irrelevant.

4. Payments & Recognition:
While we love sharing your adorable content with the world, submitting a video to So Adorable Collection does not guarantee financial compensation. If your video is selected for any monetization opportunities, you will receive a share of the revenue as specified at the time of agreement. However, publicity and exposure of your content are the primary benefits for submitting.

5. No Guarantee of Usage:
Submitting your video does not guarantee that it will be featured on So Adorable Collection’s channels. So Adorable reserves the right to feature, use, or not use submitted content at its sole discretion.

6. Indemnification and Release:
By submitting your video, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless So Adorable Collection from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your submission. This includes any potential disputes over intellectual property, rights of publicity, privacy, or other legal issues.

7. Termination:
These Terms remain valid for as long as your content is used by So Adorable Collection. You may request removal of your video from our platforms at any time, but any content already distributed or sublicensed will remain under the terms of this agreement.

8. Confidentiality:
You agree not to disclose any confidential information regarding these Terms or your content submission process, except as required by law or for legal advice.

9. General Provisions:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where So Adorable Collection operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration, and the venue for arbitration shall be decided by So Adorable Collection.

By submitting your video to So Adorable Collection, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
